Brewed with dreams and craftsmanship
In the countryside near Roskilde, Herslev has brewed organic beer for over 20 years using grain from their own and local fields, and clean water from their own well. Their beers always reflect the seasons and surrounding landscape, driven by a belief in flavour over standardisation. A perfect match with LOCA’s conviction that quality and transformation always begin with taste.
TEEDAWN
Alcohol-free and full of flavour
In 2014, Henrik Wiese made Teedawn a pioneer in alcohol-free beer and beverages. Since then, the company has explored the potential of non-alcoholic and low-alcohol drinks based on the idea that beer and wine need flavour – not alcohol. A conviction that LOCA shares completely.

Overlooking Sejerø Bay in West Zealand, Vejrhøj’s organic grapes are shaped by the sea breeze and mild microclimate.
