Almanak i Operaen is a seasonally focused celebration of Danish flavors, located in one of Copenhagen’s most iconic buildings. Open to all—whether you have an opera ticket or not—Almanak serves lunch with a view, lavish seafood platters, and evening menus, all in elegant surroundings with one of the city’s most beautiful views. The menu follows the Danish seasons closely, with an emphasis on sustainably caught Nordic fish and shellfish and organic Danish produce. Occasionally, extraordinary ingredients like seasonal truffles appear on the menu, but high-quality Danish ingredients remain at the heart of the kitchen all year round.
Thanks to its Opera House location, Almanak offers several different spaces across the venue. Here we provide flexible settings with modern AV equipment for meetings, panoramic views for lunch, and the possibility of exclusive total experiences with elegant dinners, all tailored to your wishes—making Almanak at the Opera House an ideal choice for both small and large events, product launches, or conferences.

KILDEN i Haven is a modern Danish bistro in the heart of Tivoli, celebrating the best local ingredients, traditional craftsmanship, and the flavors of the Danish seasons. Situated in Denmark’s most magical garden, KILDEN bridges tradition and innovation. Chef Christian Hoffmann’s menu combines pure, intense flavors, pickling techniques, and solid craftsmanship to create a flavorful snapshot of the Danish season.
The lunch menu features some of the country’s best modern smørrebrød, while the dinner menu reinterprets classic Danish dishes with a fresh expression.
KILDEN boasts its own beautiful garden and a greenhouse, perfect for outdoor summer dinners. Inside, the bright restaurant offers rooms of varying sizes and atmospheres, suitable for both small and large gatherings, with separate meeting rooms for corporate events of all formats.
KILDEN has six rooms, each with its own character and size—from intimate gatherings to large weddings, meetings, receptions, and corporate events. Spaces can be combined as needed, and the entire restaurant can be booked exclusively.

PAULA is Carlsberg City’s new gastronomic landmark—a modern à la carte restaurant where classic French craftsmanship meets Nordic purity and the aromatic depth and precision of Japanese cuisine. At PAULA, the focus is always on ingredient quality, intense flavors, and enjoyment.
Good taste starts with good ingredients, which is why PAULA’s menu is based on sustainably caught fish, organic Danish vegetables, and seasonal game. In Stefan Hansen’s kitchen, craftsmanship meets uncompromising quality in relaxed and welcoming surroundings. During the warmer months, PAULA’s sunlit terrace can also be included for events and gatherings.

DOLORES is Carlsberg City’s global citizen—a restaurant that uses the world as a culinary playground. In the kitchen, one rule applies: flavor and ingredients must be top-notch. Inspired by San Francisco’s colorful Mission District, DOLORES is a true cultural and gastronomic melting pot where cuisines from around the world meet.
At DOLORES, Danish ingredients form the foundation, but the kitchen often sources special ingredients and flavors from around the globe. DOLORES is a locally grounded world kitchen in a relaxed, stylish setting that can be tailored for all occasions—meetings, parties, and receptions.
There is also a large, sunny outdoor terrace, perfect for summer celebrations and events.

In the heart of the exciting new Carlsberg City
RADIO is a modern, approachable restaurant located opposite Copenhagen’s historic Radio House. Founded in 2011 by NOMA co-founder Claus Meyer, following NOMA’s recognition as the world’s best restaurant in 2010, RADIO showcases Nordic cuisine and Danish ingredient quality at accessible price levels.
Recommended by Michelin since 2015, RADIO was awarded a Bib Gourmand in June 2025, recognizing its high-quality food at reasonable prices.
While Danish seasonal produce is the backbone of RADIO’s kitchen, the menu often explores Asian flavors, including miso, yuzu kosho, white soy, and koji, pushing flavor and intensity forward. RADIO is informal yet innovative, deeply rooted in Danish seasons while remaining open to global influences.
