Bookingoplysninger (EasyTable)

When you make a reservation via EasyTable, we process:

• Name

• Contact information (phone and/or email)

• Reservation time and number of guests

• Special requests (only if voluntarily provided)

• Any payment information for no-show guarantee, if applicable

Purpose: Fulfillment of your booking and communication about the booking
Legal basis: Contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b))
Storage: Up to 3 years after the visit

EasyTable is a data processor and only processes data on our behalf.

Payment data (Stripe)

When purchasing gift cards, events or services, we use Stripe as a payment service.

Stripe processes:

• Credit card number and security data (not visible to us)

• Transaction ID and payment status

We only receive:

• Contact information

• Transaction amount and date

• Part of payment ID for accounting

Purpose: Execution of payment and fulfillment of legal requirements
Legal basis: Contract + legal obligation (Accounting Act – 5 years)
Transfers: Stripe can transfer data to the USA via valid transfer basis (SCC)

Newsletters and marketing communications (Mailchimp)

If you sign up for our newsletter or consent to marketing communications, we process:

• Name

• Email address

• Information about interaction with our emails (opening rate, click statistics)

• Marketing preferences

• Consent and time of consent

We use Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC) as a data processor for sending emails and managing recipient lists.

Purpose:

• To send news, offers, promotions and information about our restaurants and services

• To improve and target our communications based on recipient interaction

Legal basis:

• Consent pursuant to GDPR Article 6(1)(a)

• You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all newsletters or by contacting us.

Transfers to Third Countries:
Mailchimp is located in the United States and may transfer personal data based on valid GDPR transfer bases, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC). Mailchimp is contractually obligated to protect your data.

Retention period:
Your information is stored:

• until you revoke your consent or unsubscribe from the newsletter

• thereafter only for documentation purposes for a limited period (max. 2 years)
